The Inner Joy program is the thread that ties us together. Inner Joy is a series of four 2-hour guided meditations that helps create meaningful shifts so that you can carry the light of inner joy with you.

All campers join the first Inner Joy session, and from there, you decide what feels right. Whether you continue or not, you’ll be part of meaningful moments and shared experiences that create bonds that last far beyond the retreat.
