Small group luxury retreats for women
Come Alone. Leave Connected.
Maybe what you're looking for isn't another vacation.
Maybe it's the version of yourself that laughs until midnight, wanders beautiful villages, says yes to adventure, and leaves with friendships you never expected to find.
Camp Joy brings small groups of women together in extraordinary places for beautiful experiences, meaningful connection and a little more joy.
Life at Camp Joy
Slow mornings. Coffee on the terrace. Yoga and quiet moments as the day begins.
Thoughtful Inner Joy sessions invite reflection, conversation, and deeper connection.
Afternoons bring village markets, vineyard lunches, and time to explore beautiful places.
Evenings gather everyone back around the table. Glasses clink. Laughter rises.
And somewhere during the week, you feel it.
Lighter. More present. More yourself.

“I had never done anything like the Inner Joy sessions before - the places they took me will remain sanctuaries in me for years to come, it felt like learning a superpower.”
E.R. | London, England
“It’s amazing how just 72 hours can turn strangers into friends. The laughs, late-night talks, and little moments meant everything. Camp Joy creates connections that stay with us long after the week ends. It’s truly a magical experience.”
A.C. | Toronto, Canada
“Camp Joy felt highly curated, creatively executed, and committed to women deepening their connections within and between.”

The Heart of
Camp Joy Retreats

Camp Joy was created by sisters Marea Kavanagh and Monique Kavanagh.
Both bring a deep love of travel, adventure, and unforgettable experiences in extraordinary places.
Marea brings a passion for reflection, connection, and helping women rediscover their inner joy through thoughtful conversation and the Inner Joy sessions she leads. See the Chapel Hill Magazine "Glow Getters" spotlight on Marea.
Monique focuses on curating the overall retreat experience, creating memorable local moments that bring each Camp Joy gathering to life.
Together they created Camp Joy to bring women together in beautiful places for meaningful connection and joyful discovery.
