We were overjoyed by the deep connection and genuine community that blossomed over our six unforgettable days together. Our group brought together women from all walks of life—some with long-standing spiritual and meditation practices, others simply seeking a pause from the pace of everyday life.
No matter their starting point, every camper shared that the Inner Joy program—and the warm, welcoming group—offered far more than they expected. By day two, women were calling each other sisters. It was that powerful.
Location & Setting
Held at a beautifully renovated 10‑bedroom Provençal farmhouse on a private domaine, this luxury retreat blended beautifully with the wilds of this part of Provence.
Just minutes from the storied medieval village of Cotignac, one of Les Plus Beaux Villages de France, Camp Joy Cotignac was magical.

Ménerbes felt different because every woman arrived with her own story and expectations—each seeking something uniquely her own. Some craved rest, others adventure, others clarity.
Yet what unfolded was the same magic we felt in Cotignac: connection and transformation. The Inner Joy workshops offered depth, while shared meals, markets, and evenings under the harvest moon sparked laughter and ease. The impact was undeniable—two campers even left with matching tattoos, a joyful symbol of their long friendship and their time at Camp Joy.

Perched in the heart of the Luberon, just outside the hilltop village of Ménerbes—celebrated as one of Les Plus Beaux Villages de France—Camp Joy Ménerbes offered an unforgettable blend of freedom, connection, and transformation. The retreat opened under the light of a harvest moon and lunar eclipse, setting the tone for six days of magic and renewal.
